Terms of service

1. Who you're contracting with
These terms are a binding agreement between you and aizyn ("aizyn", "we", "us"), the operator of the Aizyn platform available at aizyn.app. By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the security of your account and for activity that happens under it. You agree to provide accurate workspace and billing details, keep them current, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
Aizyn is a decision layer for human-led outreach. You agree not to: (a) use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive; (b) send spam or violate the terms of third-party platforms you connect; (c) infringe intellectual-property rights; (d) probe, scan, or interfere with the security of the service; (e) upload malware; or (f) scrape or reverse engineer the service.
4. Outreach you send
Aizyn drafts messages; you send them. You are solely responsible for the content and consequences of every message you choose to send from your accounts, including compliance with anti-spam, privacy, and platform-specific rules.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your network data and message content. aizyn retains ownership of the software, scoring models, agents, documentation, branding, and product surface. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your subscribed plan.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms in addition to our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
7. Service level and warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will always be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. On termination, you can export your workspace; data is permanently deleted within 30 days of cancellation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aizyn's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. aizyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Changes to the service or terms
We may update the service and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
