1. Your account
You're responsible for the security of your account and for activity that happens under it. You agree to provide accurate workspace and billing details and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable use
Aizyn is a decision layer for human-led outreach. You agree not to use it to send spam, violate platform terms of services you've connected, or for any illegal activity. You agree to respect the messaging norms of every channel you operate in.
3. Outreach you send
Aizyn drafts messages; you send them. You are responsible for the content and consequences of every message you choose to send from your account.
4. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your network data and your message content. Aizyn retains ownership of the software, scoring models, and product surface.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time. On termination, you can export your workspace; data is permanently deleted within 30 days of cancellation.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aizyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
