Privacy notice

Who we are

This notice is issued by aizyn ("aizyn", "we", "us"), operator of the Aizyn platform at aizyn.app. For the personal data described below, aizyn acts as the data controller.

What we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Account data: name, email address, login credentials, workspace role.
• Network metadata you connect: names, headlines, companies, profile URLs, and public-business signals for your connections. We do not collect or store private messages, posts, or engagement history.
• Support data: messages you send us and their contents.
• Usage and telemetry: pages visited, actions taken, device identifiers, IP address, and log data.

How we use it

• Create and administer your account and workspace (contract performance).
• Provide the service — score opportunity fit, draft outreach for your review (contract performance).
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and secure the platform (legitimate interests).
• Provide customer support (contract performance).
• Improve the product and send service updates (legitimate interests).
• Send marketing communications only where you have opted in (consent).
• Meet legal obligations (legal obligation).

We do not sell or rent customer data, and we do not use customer data to train third-party AI models.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients:

• Service providers and subprocessors that host and operate the platform (managed Postgres hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, analytics).
• Our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Professional advisers such as legal and accounting.
• Authorities where required by law.

Where it lives and international transfers

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database in EU-region infrastructure. Some subprocessors may process data outside the UK/EEA; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

Retention

We keep account and workspace data for as long as your account is active and for up to 30 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Billing and tax records are retained by Paddle as required by applicable law.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority. We aim to respond to requests within one month.

You can export or delete your workspace at any time from Settings. Deletion removes opportunities, message drafts, scan history, and team membership permanently.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest, row-level security, and least-privilege access controls. Only members of your workspace can read your workspace data.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your workspace preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
