30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Aizyn subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at dan@aizyn.app with your order details and we'll help you through it.

Please include the email address associated with your account, the date of the charge, and a brief note about your request. We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after cancellation. Cancelling outside the 30-day window does not automatically trigger a refund, but you keep access until the period ends.

Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you notice a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or any other billing error, contact us and we will work with Paddle to correct it, regardless of the 30-day window.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refund handling follows the Paddle Refund Policy alongside the terms on this page.

Chargebacks

If you have questions about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly through Paddle or our support team.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
